- The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival Association & the Cinematic Arts Workshop at UL Lafayette are seeking historical memorabilit (1959 to present) on all things crawfish to deposit into an online searchable archive. Of particular interest are stories, photographs, home movies, random mementos, awards and newspaper articles about both the Crawfish Festivals and the crawfish industry, from farming and harvesting to processing to cooking. Even ordinary anecdotes, jokes, and personal memories concerning crawfish or the festival may provide important material for the researchers to record.
